Acuity Training Receives Gold Award For Excellence In Customer Service


We are proud to announce that we have just been awarded the Gold Trusted Merchant award for our “Excellence in customer service”

Feefo, the Global Feedback Engine, has awarded Acuity Training Gold Trusted Status. This is a result of achieving a 95% Feefo Service Rating (or above) over a minimum number of feedbacks in 2013.

Established for 12 years, Acuity Training Ltd has continued to strive for best practice with customer service, product delivery and after care.  The team are made up of Ben Richardson (Director), Anne Carew (General Manager), Maria Tooby (Sales Manager) and Crystal Naudé (Office Administrator). Having become a Feefo member in July 2013 we are thrilled to of received this award and hope that our customers continue to be happy with our services.

To achieve a 95% Feefo Service Rating, 95% of customers that left a Feefo rating must have ranked them as either “Excellent” or “Good” across a four point scale.
