When you have full control of your diary and time you are able to relax, confident that you are focused on your most important tasks.

Our expert trainers will show you how to ensure that you are focusing your time and energy correctly and how to spot and avoid ‘time vampires’ that eat up your time.

By the end of this course you will be able to:

  • Understand clearly how you spend your time and where that could be improved.
  • The difference between Urgent and Important, and the impact that confusing them has.
  • How to avoid distractions to maximise your productivity.
  • How to manage your time while retaining some flexibility for the issues that inevitably come up.
  • Diary management to ensure your time is being used most productively.

Is This The Right Course For Me?

This course is for anyone who wants to learn to control and manage their time more effectively.

It is useful if you can remember to keep a time diary for a week or so before the course.

This will simply show how you have spent your time (by task) and also note any issues that arose.

The Training Day

Our courses run from 9.30am to around 4.15pm.

You don’t need to bring anything with you we provide everything that you will need for a great day’s training.

That includes:

  • Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits throughout the day.
  • A tasty, freshly prepared lunch.
  • Comfortable, fully air-conditioned training rooms.
  • A certificate of attendance.

Please come wearing whatever you are comfortable in. We don’t have a dress code.
