This may be because you have already attended our one day team leader course, or through practical experience. 

On this course, you will investigate using new and different approaches to problems and develop a plan for the next stage in your leadership journey.

Advanced Team Leader Course Details

This one day programme is tailor-made for the participants.

A pre-workshop questionnaire will ask each attendee to share their individual objectives and select a particular development topic from a range provided.

The collective responses will then inform the design of each course.

Each attendee will leave with additional, proven management tools they can put into practice immediately.
