Having been in a senior role for some time you will be very aware of your strengths and areas for improvement.

This unique and bespoke programme (often delivered one to one) combines training and coaching. We will look both at how you can build on your strengths and also at how you can manage or minimise your areas of weakness. No-one is perfect. The secret is to play to your strengths and learn coping strategies to ensure that your weaknesses are minimised.

We can cover any or all of the topics listed below or, as this isn’t an exhaustive list, any areas that you feel would be of benefit to you.

Prior to attending, you will be sent a questionnaire to ascertain your current situation, what you want to achieve and your desired future states.

This course is very much focussed on the individual delegates and their expertise and experiences, enabling them to asses there current strengths and areas for improvement against at “profile” of the ideal leader they would like to be within the framework of their organisation.

The programme can be modified to provide bespoke content but typically includes the following modules:


There are no prerequisites for this course. To get the most out of it you will have been in a management role for a number of years and comfortable carrying out many more straight-forward management tasks.

The course is highly interactive and you will be expected to contribute your experiences of performance management. The aim is for you to leave with an action plan to implement immediately on your return to work.
