Payment Of Invoices
For bookings from established businesses, we do not require payment at the point of booking.
We will send you an invoice which you can submit to your accounts payable system.
Purchase Orders
If your employer uses a purchase order (P.O.) system to manage supplier invoices that is no problem.
PAYMENT METHODS:
You are not able to pay directly online at the time of booking, we issue an invoice for all bookings.
We accept payment either via direct bank transfer or card
Our invoices contain our bank details if you would like to pay by bank transfer and there is also information on how to pay by card.
Please note, if you are using a business card there is a surcharge of 2% to cover the payment processing charges.

Yes. We frequently run courses at our clients’ offices.
Our courses run from 9.30 to approximately 4.30, with coffee breaks at 11am and 3pm and a longer break for lunch at 12.30.
Yes. Our trainers are present through-out our online courses to lead you through the material and answer questions just as they are on an in-person course.
Yes. We provide a certificate of completion for all courses and can supply a CPD certificate on request.
No. We run separate online and face-2-face training courses to maximise our trainers’ attention on course delegates.

Yes and no!
Software on Macs is usually laid out a little differently, has different shortcuts, and occasionally has slightly different functionality.
99% of what our courses cover is applicable to Macs so we often have Mac users attend our courses, but to avoid confusion, we do not use Macs in our training centres, and they are not suitable for attending our online training.
Adobe Illustrator will give you the tools necessary to quickly draw shapes, diagrams and plans that can then be saved in formats suitable for inclusion in documents for print, Powerpoint and Web. You’ll be able to create graphs, logos, infographics, icons, maps, and even trace images to convert them into editable line drawings and shapes, without having to draw them manually.
Adobe Illustrator costs under £20/month on a Creative Cloud subscription.
Yes. Layers will help you manage the content of a more complex illustration. Think of them as the sheets of acetate you used to place on an overhead project!
