This Adobe Acrobat training course will show you how to make best use of this powerful software. Learn all of the core skills that you need to use Acrobat day-to-day.

This course is designed for beginners and you only need basic computer skills to take part.

Our approachable, experienced Acrobat trainers will quickly get you using PDF documents confidently. They will also share lots of tips and tricks.

This is a hands-on course. It includes lots of time to practise what you are being taught and try things out for yourself.

By the time you finish, you’ll be comfortable using a wide range of Acrobat’s core features.

What Will I Learn?

By the end of this course you will be able to:

✔ create and modify pdf documents using Acrobat including headers, footers and pagination
✔ create, organize and share your documents using a Document collection
✔ password protect your documents
✔ insert navigation aids like bookmarks and links into your documents
✔ use collaboration tools to easily distribute a document to multiple reviewers and review their comments

Am I Ready For This Course?

This is a beginners’ course so you do not need any prior experience of using Acrobat to join it.

We will expect that you have prior experience with office applications like Word and / or Excel though and so are comfortable working with a computer.

The Training Day

Our courses run from 9.30am to roughly 4.15pm with refreshments throughout the day and a break for lunch.
