Software on Macs is usually laid out a little differently, has different shortcuts, and occasionally has slightly different functionality.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to software that can analyse data, generate content, automate tasks, and support decision-making.

In the workplace, AI is used to speed up repetitive processes, assist with writing and analysis, create visuals, summarise information, and help teams work more efficiently with existing tools like Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.

There’s no technical or coding background needed to learn AI tools!

Our AI courses focus on practical workplace use, showing you how to use tools like Copilot and other platforms to improve your productivity.

You don’t need to have any technical background.

AI can help automate repetitive tasks, summarise large amounts of information, generate drafts of documents or reports, analyse data faster, and assist with decision-making.

When used correctly, AI allows professionals to spend less time on manual processes and more time on high-value work.

AI is having a big impact on the world of work, but we think mainly in the direction of changing jobs.

Professionals who understand how to use AI effectively will be able to work faster, make better decisions, and remain competitive as workplaces keep implementing more and more AI tools.

We think so, yes!

AI tools are being used all over the world, in all industries. Even jobs that aren’t data related will still be adopting AI, whether that be for documentation, communication or automation.

If you’re new to AI, a Copilot course is usually the best starting point.

If you already use tools like Excel, Power BI, or Adobe software, you can move straight into AI courses focused on those platforms to enhance your existing workflow.
