In this section, we will focus on the external response and actions you take following an issue, to try and keep them grounded and reasonable.
Towards the end of the course, we will go through your specific support structure, and how you can adapt it to better help yourself.
Finally, we will come up with a tight and smooth personal resilience plan, for you to take with you and use whenever needed.
