How to give someone access to your account in Outlook

Here is a quick tip on how to give others permission to receive items and respond on your behalf.

All you need to do is go to the ‘File’ tab and click on the ‘Account Settings’ Option.

Then click on ‘Delegate Access’

Click on the ‘Add’ button. Then here you can find who you want to delegate access to, you can also choose which address book they will be in or just search there name.

Once you have selected who you want to delegate access to click ‘Add->’ at the bottom then ‘OK’

Then here you can choose the Delegate Permissions. Once you’ve done this click ‘OK’ to finish.
