This interactive workshop provides an opportunity to learn the different phases of interviewing: preparation and planning, This course is aimed at managers, supervisors or team leaders who need to learn how to implement interviewing skills within their organization. We explore the different techniques employed when interviewing potential candidates for a role within your organisation.
Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites for this course as it is aimed at individuals who have no prior experience of planning and conducting interviews.
Objectives:
